By managing an enthusiastic team of 10 colleagues and ensuring that the work for the breeders can be carried out practically. As Manager of Greenhouses & Trial Fields, you are responsible for carrying out high-quality breeding trials and small seed multiplications of spinach, beans, chard and red beet. What makes this job extra fun is that you will also be involved in our new activities for the fruit crops cucumber and pepper. Here, you play a crucial role in supporting breeding activities abroad. Do you want to get to work supporting our breeders in further digitalization? Then join us as an ICT Project Leader! In this role, you are responsible for bringing every ICT project to a successful outcome. This means that you plan and budget, put a team together and manage it, monitor the progress and solve any problems. A fun job in which you are an important player in the company and can subtly pull some strings.

When you say seed, you say machines! Because with our machines we make sure that our seeds leave our Packhouse with the highest quality. But of course those machines have to be controlled in the right way. And that is why we are looking for a Process Operator Seed handling who can run one of our production lines together with the Head Operator. We are looking for someone who likes to roll up his sleeves and easily swings our bags of seed over his/her shoulder. In this role you will be responsible for processing our seeds of our open field crops. Almost all the work is automated, but sometimes manual work is involved. In this role you will be on the forklift a lot and make a lot of meters through our warehouse in a day. Will you make sure our vegetable seeds are completely ready to start their journey to our customers?

As a Business Development Specialist, your primary focus will be to facilitate and support the strategic business development within our Business Unit Vegetables, with a strong focus on our fruity crops (tomato, pepper, (water)melon, and cucumber). You will play a key role in supporting global and local crop teams in crafting their long-term strategic plans. Your work will involve pioneering and developing the right tools to effectively implement these strategies. And to really have your boots on the ground, we are looking for someone willing to travel extensively across Europe, NAFTA, and Brazil. Sounds like the perfect job to you?
