All agreements to which Pop Vriend Seeds B.V. is a party shall be subject to the general conditions of Pop Vriend Seeds B.V., including the stipulated limitation of liability, arbitration agreement and jurisdiction clause. These general conditions are filed with the Chamber of Commerce for Northwest Holland. We have made the conditions available in several languages that can either be downloaded from this page (pdf) or will be forwarded to you upon request. Applicability of the general conditions of the Other Party is explicitly rejected.
